2. In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking and loads no third-party content. Fonts, scripts, images and videos are served from my own server. I receive data about you only if you send an enquiry yourself.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website runs on a server I rent from UAB Hostinger (Lithuania); the server is located in Germany. The provider processes data only on my instructions, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
For every request the server records the shortened IP address (the last block is removed), date and time, the page requested without its parameters, the referring page, browser details and the status code. Purpose: operation and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 14 days.
4. Enquiry forms
The website has two forms.
Full form. Required: name, a contact for the reply (Telegram, WhatsApp, e-mail or phone) and the answers about the project: stage, who needs to see it first, number of units, when the materials are needed. Optional: phone, company and region.
Short form. Required: name and a contact for the reply. Optional: a few words about the project.
With the enquiry I store its number, date and time, the language, the address of the page it was sent from and of the first page of your visit, and the campaign parameters in the page address (utm) if you came from an ad. Your IP address is not stored with the enquiry. I do not collect click identifiers of ad platforms.
Purpose: to reply to your enquiry, prepare an offer and see which advertising brings enquiries. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract); for the campaign parameters Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my interest in knowing which advertising works.
Based on the answers of the full form, an enquiry gets an urgency mark (A, B or C), so that I first reply to those who need materials sooner. The mark is set by a simple rule, not by AI, and no decision about you is taken automatically.
You are not obliged to provide data, but without a name and a contact I cannot reply.
5. Where the enquiry is stored and who receives it
The enquiry is stored in the enquiry log on the website's server in Germany (section 3). I receive a copy as a message from a Telegram bot. Telegram is located outside the European Union, in a country without an adequacy decision of the European Commission. The transfer is needed so that I see your enquiry quickly and can reply (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Telegram processes messages under its privacy policy.
If you do not want your data to pass through Telegram, write to me directly at mykhailo@koblychenko.com.
Data is not passed on to anyone else and is not sold.
6. Retention
I delete an enquiry from the log and from Telegram once it is handled and no cooperation follows, at the latest after 12 months. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods apply.
7. Storage in your browser
The website sets no cookies. For the duration of your visit the form keeps the campaign parameters and the first page of the visit in your browser (sessionStorage), to send them with the enquiry. This data does not leave your device unless you send an enquiry and is deleted when you close the tab.
8. External links
Links to other websites (for example the 3D tour or LinkedIn) transfer data to their operators only when you click them.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 18 and 20 GDPR). You may object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to mykhailo@koblychenko.com; I reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence. The authority responsible for me is Informacijski pooblaščenec Republike Slovenije, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, ip-rs.si.
